Time for Bob to step it up. I know CBJ were better defensively than FL is, and perhaps Bob started trying to be too perfect when he was often dealing with unmarked guys in front of him for tip-ins or rebound chances. Like he starts thinking too far ahead and then flubs an "easy" save. We've seen flashes of how good Bob can be, and we've seen glimpses of a team that can be better defensively. Time to put it together and start reaching the potential that this team has.
Go Panthers!

Ha ha Matt, check out the second of these tweets from david dwork earlier today. Boyle net front on PP2. Someone else was thinking along the same lines as you. đź‘Ť Jayce back before too much longer, it seems.

First PP unit working with Barkov on the left and Huby in front. #FlaPanthers

Brian Boyle getting some reps on the second PP unit. I’m sure you can guess where he’s positioned. #FlaPanthers

Jayce Hawryluk taking part in today’s morning skate, wearing a red jersey. 23 skaters on the ice. 👀 #FlaPanthers

It wasn't a head shot. He left his feet a little and should've been a charging minor, but I dont think he hit him in the head.

Yandle trying WAY too hard to set up the Hoffman one timer.

Barkov being the most qualified to handle the puck, and shoot it. Barkov refusing to handle the puck, or shoot it. Or just wanting to play off the puck and not handle it, instead of overall having the puck on his stick as much as possible.

Yandle refusing to shoot the puck.

All of that putting too much pressure on Huberdeau to create/make plays, even though he's pretty good at it.

Forcing Huberdeau to be the shooter too many times, even though his shot is not the greatest.
